Structured career path
Induction, Launch, Basic, Intermediate and Advanced levels. 445+ hours of training with GNP instructors and coursework at ITAM.
How you earn as an agent
Your income has three engines. All of them stack.
New-business commissions
A percentage of every policy you place. Varies by line: life, major medical, auto, property.
Renewal commissions
When your clients renew — and if you do your job right, they renew — you get paid again. That's the secret of the seasoned agent: a book that pays every year.
Production and quality bonuses
GNP and the agency reward volume, consistency and policy persistence with bonuses, conventions and incentive trips.
The first months are the most demanding: you're building a book from zero. Agents who follow the method and work with discipline see their income grow steadily; those looking for easy money don't make it past month six. We'd rather tell you before you sign.
From new hire to seasoned: the path
